matthew wenzler C.P.A. President- Socket Managed Services, LLC Client loyalty, professionalism, attention to detail, skill and vast experience structure the principals of which Matthew Wenzler has formed Socket Managed Services. Wenzler understood that each business has individualized complex needs. With over 15 years of business management experience, Wenzler has effectively built an establishment uniquely tailored to each clients specific back office needs. Prior to the formation of Socket Managed Services, Matthew Wenzler held the position of CFO and Vice President of Operations for Fragrance & Beauty Services, LLC. While employed with Fragrance and Beauty Services, Wenzler worked with a vast list of clients; including some of the worlds most recognized cosmetics companies and brands. Prior to Fragrance & Beauty Services, Wenzler was also the Vice President of Jean Patou Inc, the Vice President of Finance & Treasurer for LPI Cosmetics, Perlier, Inc. and Orlane, Inc. Wenzler's primary function is the management of finance and operations for Socket and clients of Socket Managed Services. Therefore, Wenzler personally oversees all of the day to day operations such as management of all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal procedures & controls, maintaining business relationships and supervision of accounting and operations staff. Wenzler was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY. While attending college, Wenzler was elected as a member of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration as well as the Alpha Chi Honor Society. As a result of his hard work, Wenzler graduated St Thomas Aquinas College Summa Cum Laude. He currently holds the professional designations of Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) Wenzler now lives in Cranbury NJ with his wife, Collette and three children. sharyn rinaldi Accounting & Human Resources Manager Rinaldi's responsibilities include various accounting functions such as the management of accounts payable, reconciliation of general ledger accounts and client billing for both the Socket Managed Services and it's cliental. In addition to her accounting functions, Rinaldi works as the company's human resources manager. As human resource manager, she is responsible for the company's and select client's payroll, state filings & benefits administration. She is also responsible for managing the payments of over 350 independent contractors. Formally employed as the Accounting & Operations manager for Fragrance & Beauty Services, Rinaldi has over eight years of experience working in various accounting & personnel related positions. Prior to Fragrance & Beauty, she worked as an Inside Sales Representative & Assistant Credit Manager for Jean Patou Inc and Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager for Cintas Corporation. Rinaldi was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Berkeley College in Woodbridge NJ. Due to her diligence, Rinaldi graduated in the top 10% of her class. Rinaldi was also awarded Associates in Applied Sciences from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft NJ. Rinaldi now lives in Cliffwood Beach NJ with her fiancé. sharon macwan Customer Service Manager Macwan's responsibility includes the management of all customer related issues. She effectively manages a wide range of customer related issues spanning major department stores, small independent accounts, retail and web customers and the coordination of international shipments to distributors. In addition to this she also manages EDI issues, creates analytical reports for clients and is involved with clients overall operations. She prepares weekly and monthly sales reports, by customer and by SKU, for both retail sales and net shipments for all Socket clients. Macwan acts as a liaison between the Socket client, the client's customer and the client's 3rd party warehouse to prioritize and expedite all customer orders. Formally employed as the Customer Service Manager for Fragrance & Beauty Services, Macwan offers over 8 years of customer service & technical support experience. Prior to Fragrance & Beauty, she has held various positions with Federated Logistics and Bloomingdales including Manager of Expense Offset, PoolStock & Advance Receiving Office as well as MIO Analyst & MIS Assistant. Macwan was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College in New York. Additionally, she completed UNIX Administration courses at Orion Technology located in New York. Macwan now lives in Staten Island, NY with her husband and daughter. william nieto Accounts Receivable Manager As Accounts Receivable Manager, Nieto's major functions include the collections of account receivable, bank deposits, cash application, reconciliation of customer charge backs and deductions. Due to his lengthy experience, Nieto understands the importance of following proper shipping & packaging requirements with all of the major department and specialty stores. He thoroughly reads through and maintains individualized compliance and routing guide files to make sure that all of our clients are following proper procedures resulting in quicker payment on our client's invoices and a very low rate of store violation charges. Nieto has established long term relationships with our client's customers which have enabled him to be an integral part of the collection process by maintaining open communications between all parties. In addition to this, he also determines credit worthiness of new accounts, establishes credit terms, processes credit card payments and creates weekly analytical cash collection reports for our clients. Formally employed as the Credit Manager for Fragrance & Beauty Services, Nieto offers over twenty years of accounting & business related experience. Prior to Fragrance & Beauty, Nieto has held Credit Management positions for LPI Cosmetics, Jean Patou & Orlane/ Perlier. Nieto resides in South River NJ. annmarie fela Purchasing and Logistics Manager As Purchasing Assistant, Fela is responsible for various inventory related issues including the coordination of inventory control, assembly projects, logistics and extensive contact with suppliers. Additionally, Fela is responsible for issuing purchase orders to vendors and maintaining open communication between purchasing needs and client management. Prior to working for Socket, Fela was formally held the position of Purchasing assistant for Fragrance & Beauty Services. Fela has over twenty years' business & purchasing experience to offer our clients. She has held the position as Administrative Assistant for Walton Management Services, Purchasing Assistant for Papel Giftware Inc and a partner for The Enchanted Garden Café. Fela currently resides with her husband in Old Bridge, NJ.
